Job Description

Location: 70 Batterson Park Rd, Farmington, CT – 06032

Job Title: Process Support (Level II)

Duration: 7 Months

Shift Timings: Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Work in the Treasury Fulfillment Department.
  • Receive and process maintenance requests in our GFS system.
  • Handle quick-hit items such as adding accounts to Cashpro, setting up Cash Vault, Wire, and other product maintenance services.
  • Align with maintenance requests for the Treasury Sales team.
Required Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow leadership directions.
  • Client-focused with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and review Legal Documentation.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to assess requests and determine necessary steps based on process.
  • Experience with systems that create cases or tickets.
