Job Title: Process Support (Level II)
Duration: 7 Months
Shift Timings: Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:- Work in the Treasury Fulfillment Department.
- Receive and process maintenance requests in our GFS system.
- Handle quick-hit items such as adding accounts to Cashpro, setting up Cash Vault, Wire, and other product maintenance services.
- Align with maintenance requests for the Treasury Sales team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow leadership directions.
- Client-focused with high attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and review Legal Documentation.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Ability to assess requests and determine necessary steps based on process.
- Experience with systems that create cases or tickets.
