This role handles moderately complex operations processes related to credit disputes, escalations and tax reporting. Key responsibilities include analysis, research, reconciliation, reporting data validation and resolution of issues and identified customer requests which may carry high levels of risk within enterprise risk categories. The position is on the GBAM Operations Tax and Control (TCO) team, supporting all elements of US tax withholding and reporting from the syndicate loan business and working closely with global partners.
Responsibilities- Perform moderately complex activities supporting credit disputes, escalations, and tax reporting while following established written procedures and guidelines and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Research and resolve moderately complex financial data requests or exceptions based on analysis of assembled data accurately and timely.
- Perform routine analytics, report creation, and exception processing.
- Identify risk and opportunities for process improvement and elevate risk concerns as appropriate.
- Provide quality service and support for internal business partners and external clients.
- Minimum of 1 year client‑facing experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create and deliver strong business results.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good team player, enthusiastic and committed.
- Ability to prioritize, use own initiative and remain flexible.
- Proactive approach to problem resolution.

- Knowledge of the syndicated loan business or LoanIQ.
- Knowledge of US IRW.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
