Salary Range: $108,000 – $141,750 per year.
Job Duties- Liquidity & Cash Management:
Conduct daily cash positioning and short‑term liquidity management across the organization. - Monitor and optimize working capital to support business operations and growth.
- Treasury Operations Execution:
Support development and maintenance of a 13‑week rolling and long‑term cash forecasting model, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. - Monitor and review bank fee structure and merchant card program.
- Technology & Systems Integration:
Support optimization efforts with Kyriba. - Automate treasury workflows and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance system integration and data integrity.
- Strategic Support & Leadership:
Provide analytical support and insights to senior treasury leadership for decision‑making. - Contribute to strategic initiatives, M&A support, and special projects as needed.
- B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in treasury operations.
- Experience with forecasting and treasury technology.
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Experience with Kyriba and People Soft preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Certified Treasury Professional desired but not required.
