Key Responsibilities Strategy
- Stick to the updated Mortgage strategy to acquire biz with high productivity and mobility & Pivot to Affluent.
Pro-actively promote designated Retail Clients products and services and acquire new customers. Ensure to achieve specific sales targets and service standards:
- Participate in sales promotions and activities to achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
- Engage NTB Affluent clients via leads sourced from varies channels.
- Follow well thought-through, creative approach to satisfy customers, improve competitive advantage and improve performance.
- Actively cross-sell other products / services of the Bank and ensure annual financial budget is met.
- To provide qualified and efficient before-and-after sales services.
- To prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities.
- Based on a “shared sense” of purpose and approach within WRB;
- Based on a clear division of roles (and no duplication of effort) within Mortgage & WRB;
- Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties
- Comply with all internal and external processes, standards and policies.
- Acknowledge, follow and able to work mobile in Pan China to support Sales team where having resource pressure and working location will be subject to detail arrangement on due with no objection and performing corresponding duties.

- Train and develop self in an on-going basis.
Timely identify risks in Mortgage acquisition and find solutions to mitigate, including but not limited to credit risk, fraud risk, operational risk, reputation risk etc.
- Understand, acknowledge and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies

- Motivated and drove by number, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate leadership and attributes
