The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education, with opportunities to build lasting customer relationships in-store and digitally.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
