We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. This role involves dispensing medications, providing patient consultations, and offering support for specialty packaging and insurance claims. You will collaborate with a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance patient care.

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide patient consultations and answer medication‑related questions.
• Handle insurance claims and assist customers in selecting cost‑effective options.
• Support specialty packaging for long‑term care and group homes.
• Manage phone inquiries and maintain excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with a robust team of pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist with oxygen and CPAP services as needed.

• Pharmacy knowledge and experience.

  D or equivalent degree; licensed or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist.
• Proficiency in customer service and pharmaceutical data entry.
• Compounding and pharmaceutical skills.
• Experience with retail pharmacy and pharmacy benefits management.
• Inventory and fulfillment management skills.
• Understanding of health care and prior authorization processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Immunization certification is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy and care.

The position is based in a retail pharmacy setting, requiring collaboration with a team of dedicated pharmacists and technicians. The role involves managing a diverse range of inquiries and tasks in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring high standards of customer service and patient care.

Permanent position based out of Farmington, CT.
