Mental Health Counselor

Position Summary

Pyramid Healthcare is dedicated to offering the highest quality of care to those we serve. High Focus Centers in Farmington is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are currently seeking a Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our clients.

• Address: 17 Talcott Notch Rd, Farmington, CT 06032
• Salary: $52,000/year - $60,000/year (with monthly merit and referral bonus opportunities!)
• Schedule:
  
  Full time 40 hours/week Monday-Friday

• Provide elite-level care to adolescents seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs.
• Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs.
• Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact.
• Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Required:
  
  LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC (or in the process of obtaining), Master's degree in a human services or related field.
