HR Recruiter – Operations & Production

If you thrive in full‑cycle recruiting and enjoy partnering closely with hiring managers, this role places you at the center of talent acquisition operations. You’ll manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities using Workday, support hiring initiatives across departments, and play a key role in delivering qualified talent efficiently and compliantly.

What You’ll Do
  • Post and manage job requisitions in Workday, including updating and editing job descriptions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and qualification requirements.
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews aligned with recruiting processes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and workflow status within the applicant tracking system.
  • Attend job fairs, career events, and recruiting initiatives as assigned.
  • Extend offers and support offer negotiations under guidance of the Head of A2H.
  • Support Talent Acquisition activities including affirmative action reporting, system updates, and candidate communications.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience working within the Workday Recruiting module (required).
  • Prior experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (preferred).
  • Strong administrative background; experience in a mid‑size to large corporate environment strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full‑Time.
  • $30.00–$35.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay.
  • Long‑Term Temporary with opportunity for hire.
