Pratt & Whitney is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the Digital Technology (DT) Warehousing team as Senior Manager. This SAP functional role will work directly with Business Partners within the Operations organization to understand customer requirements, identify and develop solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations. The position focuses on design, development, implementation, and support of our Global Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The Senior Manager will troubleshoot complex issues, recommend strategic changes, and collaborate with cross‑functional DT teams and third‑party suppliers.

• Act as a subject matter expert for all Pratt & Whitney Warehouse Management solutions and associated business processes.
• Participate in and support projects using waterfall or agile methodologies.
• Provide seamless integration between Warehouse Management Systems and other enterprise applications.
• Work with Business Analysts, stakeholders and functional areas to define process enhancements that streamline business processes.
• Interact with and manage third‑party suppliers to deliver high‑performing Warehouse Management Systems.
• Execute project deliverables within defined schedules and budgets.
• Build relationships with enterprise teams, business partners and senior management.
• Develop integration solutions leveraging WMS automation toolsets.
• Translate business process requirements into application solutions that meet or exceed defined requirements.
• Troubleshoot SAP (EWM, Fiori) and other Warehouse Management applications.
• Architect and influence a business solution utilizing existing internal systems and latest technology.
• Interface and manage Third‑Party Logistic providers to ensure tightly integrated solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve application performance, quality, and reliability.
• Ensure production applications meet agreed service levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, IT or related field and 10+ years of applicable work experience; or advanced degree and 7+ years of applicable experience.
• 5+ years’ experience managing warehousing applications in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Working knowledge of SAP EWM; SAP S/4 experience a plus.
• Experience configuring SAP EWM.
• Understanding of SAP systems that interface with EWM such as Material Master and third‑party warehousing/logistics systems.
• Strong technical experience in a complex SAP landscape (S/4, Fiori).
• Prior ABAP development or debugging.
• Problem‑solving and analytical abilities; ability to critically evaluate information and reconcile conflicts.
• Expertise in developing functional requirements and translating them into application code.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking; experience leading people.
• Demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to influence actions beyond direct reporting chain.
• Proficiency in communicating, building customer relationships, and meeting deadlines.
• Results‑oriented focus on success despite obstacles.

Salary range: $124,000 – $250,000 (USD).
