Loyalty Marketing company seeking a candidate for our Help Desk Support Technician position based in Farmington, CT.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Troubleshoot/Diagnose equipment following company defined procedures
- Document all calls and close out activity upon completion of issues
- Professionally communicate to customers and team members
- Create operational reports as assigned
- Work with third party service providers to schedule onsite service
- Schedule parts shipments and returns
- Customer relations, team relations, and service oriented
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be a self starter and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask
- Solarwinds Web Help Desk experience a plus
- EXPERIENCE WITH WINDOWS DESKTOP IS NOT A REQUIREMENT OF THIS POSITION
1-2 years prior experience in Help Desk support or call center highly desirable
