• 7-8 years of experience relevant to this position
• Resolves issues and bugs reported, performs incident resolution and problem management
• Translates business requirements to design and develop the product
• Create weekly reports for client and internal purposes
• Review the code sent by offshore, fix bugs, development, testing and ensure top quality deliverable to client
• Track status and manage offshore team and report to PM
• Ensures best practices for CMS are followed and coding standards are met
• Proactively identify potential risks to meeting project deliverables
• Create Project management reports, project schedules and track them
• Estimates the size of the work based on the requirements
• Provides timely escalation to situations that require attention
• Provide recommendations on potential areas of improvement to the PM
• Show expertise in CMS solutions and design
