Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Consultant to support ongoing Epic optimization initiatives, workflow improvements, and revenue cycle operations. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify system enhancements, resolve challenges, and maximize the organization's use of Epic.

• Provide Epic consulting expertise based on organizational priorities and business needs
• Evaluate existing Epic workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Troubleshoot system and workflow issues, identifying practical solutions to support end users
• Partner with operational and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and address business challenges
• Assist with Epic-related projects, upgrades, implementations, and optimization efforts
• Provide recommendations and best practices to improve system utilization and performance
• Support ongoing revenue cycle initiatives and process improvement efforts

• Strong hands-on Epic experience required
• Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Proven ability to assess workflows, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
