• Help process incoming claims by reviewing emails, setting up claim files, and ensuring accurate information is recorded.
• Work closely with our claims analysts to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing of claims.
• Provide top‑point customer service by responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Assist with various projects and tasks, such as creating loss runs and entering payments.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

• A recent graduate or someone with 1‑3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Windows‑based applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior insurance experience is a plus, but we’re open to training the right candidate.
