Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Farmington, CT. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of project life cycles, including planning, scheduling, and delivering projects efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating expediting processes, conducting inspections, managing logistics, maintaining timelines, and ensuring communication among all stakeholders. The individual will play a critical role in delivering projects on time, meeting quality standards, and optimizing resources.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies including scheduling, planning, and resource allocation
  • Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure project deliverables are completed on time
  • Experience with Inspection and quality assurance processes to maintain project standards
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management principles to oversee efficient supply chain and project workflows
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to project needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of managing projects in construction, engineering, or a related sector
