We’re seeking a Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor to lead shop floor operations and oversee the fabrication team. This role ensures safety, quality, and productivity in line with TRUMPF standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise shop floor personnel in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and support corrective actions as needed.
- Manage daily production schedule and resource allocation to meet OTD, quality, and productivity goals.
- Support new product introductions and process improvements.
- Oversee employee scheduling, training, development, and safety compliance.
- Forecast department needs and assist in hiring and equipment planning.
- Drive lean manufacturing (SYNCHRO) and 5S initiatives.
- Supervisory experience in manufacturing required.
- Experience with TRUMPF products, SYNCHRO, and SAP (or similar systems) a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
