Job Summary

The organization is seeking a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This position involves floating between ICU, Intermediate unit, and Medical-Surgical (MS) units, providing care to diverse patient populations. The role requires adapting to different clinical settings while maintaining high standards of patient care.

  CPR, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS);
  
  Education:
  
  Associate's or Bachelors degree in Nursing;
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) and/or ICU nursing experience;
  Location requirements: within 75 miles or less of the facility;
  Years of experience: 2 years minimum.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required.
• Responsibilities:
  Providing patient care across multiple units as needed, adhering to unit protocols, and maintaining flexibility in daily assignments.
• Submission:
  Candidates must be available for orientation on Mondays and complete all required credentialing and compliance documentation prior to start.
