Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with required circulating experience in ortho, spine, and neuro surgeries for a hospital assignment.

Requirements

• Active RN license (CT or Compact) required
• 4-5 years of Operating Room RN experience or combined OR experience required
• Circulating experience required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Experience independently performing circulating duties for ortho, spine, and neuro surgeries required
• Skills checklist required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room unit of a hospital setting
• 10-hour day shift schedule with staggered start times (7:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM)
• 40 hours per week with no block scheduling
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• On-call responsibilities required at least one weekend per month
• 30-minute report time for on-call shifts
• Mandatory overtime as part of the unit's rotation pool for coverage needs
• Function as part of the OR team, assisting with ortho, spine, and neuro procedures
• All time off requests must be submitted prior to consideration
• Local candidates accepted within 75 miles at a lower bill rate
• Candidates residing outside the local radius are eligible for the travel rate
