Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury freelance Brand Expert team. As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned in over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands.
You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and be part of building an amazing beauty business. You need to be sales-driven and have experience in beauty and retail.

RequirementsThe Freelance Brand Expert is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store. You will always represent the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. You will reflect the brand values and cater to the customer base. Your goal is to achieve sales targets by providing an amazing experience and exemplary service.
This role requires passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy along with a personalized shopping experience.
- Strive to achieve sales goals and sales per hour targets.
- Create brand awareness by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Foster open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
- Ensure the counter/gondola is ready for customers from open to close.
- Maintain cleanliness of display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts, rotation, and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement in communication with the Sales and Artistry team.
- Assist in executing events.
- Maintain communication with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
- Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submitting timesheets accurately.
