As a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager, you'll support client order entry, account coordination, and ongoing customer communication in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with sales, production, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth processing of orders.
What You'll Do- Managing multiple active orders while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting client inquiries and providing professional communication
- Collaborating with sales and production teams to coordinate order details
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into ERP systems
- Troubleshooting issues and responding to customer needs effectively
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and phone communication
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with logic, EFI, or eProductivity software is a plus
- Be part of a collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Daily morning production and order meetings to keep everyone aligned

This position is on-site in Farmington, ME, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
