For a limited time Maine Health is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for Patient Service Specialists (PSSs)

  • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSS position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
  • Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
Your Role

Maine Health Primary Care - Family Medicine - 131 Franklin Health Cmns - Farmington | Maine Health is looking for a Patient Service Specialist
! The PSS will greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and Maine Health confidentiality policies.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    N/A
  • Experience:

    Six months of medical office experience required.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements

    Required:

    N/A
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred:
    Proficient computer skills.
