Job Summary:Ensure the millwright team follows all department and site safe-work practices, including proper PPE use, while maintaining housekeeping standards that meet or exceed company expectations.
As a Maintenance and Reliability Manager You Will:- Ensures housekeeping meets or exceeds company standards while coordinating and leading the maintenance team to achieve mill objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
- Monitor measurement systems to maintain consistency and communicate key performance indicators, while ensuring all assets are properly maintained with the right tools, materials, and spare parts to maximize uptime.
- Manages daily maintenance resources, collaborates with peers, coaches, mentors, and develops millwrights.
- Utilize CMMS software to manage assets, schedule maintenance, track work orders, and foster a culture of participation, continuous development, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the Purchasing Agent in procuring parts, coordinate with outside contractors, and participate in project management for capital expansion initiatives.
- Prior management, leadership, and training experience
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, along with welding
- Solid background in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Understanding of procurement practices and purchasing procedures
- Experience in industrial production and maintenance environments
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Committed to all OSHA health and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, twisting, reaching, and bending
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical)

Salary: $105K-$115K annually
