• Administer medications and carry out prescribed treatments
• Assist with ADLs and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team

• Active Maine LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
• Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills
• Must reside locally or within reasonable commuting distance
