The Full Time Member Experience Associate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and assistance to YMCA members, prospective members and guests at all times exhibiting excellent communication and customer service skills upholding the member experience standards.
Education/Experience/Training/Certifications- At minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent (18+ years of age)
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a busy atmosphere, and typing knowledge
- Strong organizational and communication skills, friendly, outgoing, accurate, neat, dependable, and a self-starter.

- Provides excellent customer service to members and guests through greeting, managing and addressing member concerns, and answering phones

- Performs other assigned duties as directed by Supervisor
- Ability to participate in all physical aspects of the position.
- Ability to sit and stand from a seated position when interacting with members.
