- Oversee the daily operations of up to four community‑based programs, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centered supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team—managing hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance to build a culture of excellence.
- Champion program planning and delivery, making sure services are engaging, consistent, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, advocate for those you serve, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Take an active role in financial management, safety, and maintaining welcoming, well‑run environments.
- Be available on‑call to support your team, provide coverage, and ensure seamless program operations.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ related experience in Human Services preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Any required training, licensure, or certification per state or regulatory guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license, car registration, and insurance.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with a compassionate, reliable approach.
