Fabricator, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Staffmark is hiring a Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team in Farmington, MN. In this role, you'll help produce custom materials and assemblies using customer‑provided drawings, templates, and specifications. Work is hands‑on and may include the use of specialized equipment such as industrial sewing machines, roll‑to‑roll combiners, and mechanical presses.

Pay: $21.50/hour
Shift: Full‑time, 8‑hour shift | Start time options: 6 AM, 7 AM, or 8 AM | Monday‑Friday

• Fabricate materials and assemblies by sewing, taping, or combining materials by hand or machine
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, templates, and specifications
• Perform visual inspections and maintain quality documentation
• Clean, package, and label finished products
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing, sewing, or inspection experience is a plus—not required
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical drawings
• Comfortable using rulers and tape measures for accurate measurements
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to lift, move, and perform hands‑on tasks throughout your shift
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
