Draw vs Commission; $100K-$150K+ OTE plus Performance Bonuses

Full-Time

• Inspect roofs and identify storm-related damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Present roofing solutions with clarity and professionalism
• Close deals and partner with project managers for smooth execution
• Represent Omega Exteriors with urgency, honesty, and care

• Strong in customer service and relationship building?
• Driven by results and uncapped earning potential?
• Confident outdoors and skilled in face-to-face communication?
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn a proven system?
• Energized by solving problems and being rewarded for performance?

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• Strong communicator with solid work ethic
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
