• A four (4)
  -year business degree from an accredited college or university
• One (1) - two (2) years’ experience in accounting and/or related field
• Work related experience in areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory Management
• Must have direct experience with a Microsoft Windows-based operating environment with specific proficiency toward Microsoft Excel
• Must have direct experience using a comprehensive business ERP system.
• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to professionally communicate at all levels of the business with strong diplomacy skills
• Ability to embrace change, support multiple groups at one time, work well in a team environment with positive energy, and adhere to US Tool Group’s core values

• Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports for AP transactions
• Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports AR transactions
• Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports Inventory transactions
• Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports for Treasury Management
• Maintain database, prepare entries and process reports of Fixed Assets and Leases using a 3rd party software
• Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports for Monthly multi-state and foreign sales tax
• Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports for Quarterly federal and state income tax
• Maintain data and execute implementation, testing and improvement of ERP system.
• Must be proficient in multiple processes listed above
• Any responsibilities ordinarily performed by a General Accounting Analyst
