What Makes This Role Unique
  • Foundation Physician Position: Play a central role in building a new practice, collaborating with APPs.
  • Outpatient-Only Setting: Concentrate solely on patient care without in-house responsibilities.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 36-hour patient-facing work week, Monday through Friday
    • Nurse Triage Access Center for after hour needs
    • One week per year on-call, phone requirement; backup to the backup (highly unlikely you will be called during your one week per year on-call)
  • Community Impact: Contribute to the growth of healthcare in Bonne Terre while advancing your professional journey.
  • Access to Services: Comprehensive Lab, Radiology, CT, Ultrasound and Sleep Lab on campus
    • Specialists rotate through the clinic including orthopedics, pulmonary and pediatric cardiology
  • Technology: EPIC EMR inclusive of AI enhancements
  • High HPSA score
