* Key Responsibilities:
*
* · Deliver community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clients, families, and stakeholders
· Apply evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed strategies
· Facilitate behavioral interventions using interpersonal and group dynamics, operant conditioning, and cognitive processing
· Coordinate care with other service providers including physicians, therapists, schools, and agencies
· Facilitate and prepare PSR group sessions aligned with treatment plan goals
· Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services provided
· Participate in team-based care and support coordination with case managers, therapists, and staff
· Build positive relationships with clients, families, teachers, counselors, and key stakeholders
· Engage in professional development and quality improvement activities
· Provide ACT, ACT TAY, or IMPART services if applicable

** Work experience in a related human services field may substitute for educational requirements. Four years of qualifying experience minimum or a combination of education and experience equaling four years required.
