Assistant Director of Nursing Wound Care (RN) $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Join the team at MGM Healthcare to lead nursing care in our wound care program. The role supports residents with high‑quality, compassionate care across multiple nursing centers.

• $10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidates

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner consistent with clinical policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in collaboration with services.
• Ensure 24/7 nursing services coverage and adequate staffing plans.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records per policies and regulations.
• Represent nursing staff on committees:
  Infection Prevention, Pain Management, Performance Improvement, Quality Assurance.
• Conduct daily rounds, assessments, and head‑to‑toe evaluations of residents.
• Interpret test results, manage pain, and educate residents and families.
• Promote resident independence and a safe, clean environment.
• Act as a team leader, role model, and ensure compliance with abuse prevention policies.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Assist with budgeting, staffing, and cost control for the department.
• Maintain readiness for emergency situations and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Missouri.
• Prior nursing management or leadership experience preferred.
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and emergency response skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to training techniques for clinical staff.
