Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care and patient education.
- Participate in safety and quality improvement activities.
- Develop and communicate personalized care plans in coordination with team members and patients.
- Assess patient needs holistically, considering emotional, spiritual, and cultural factors.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to standards of care and safety protocols.
- Nursing diploma/associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid RN license.
- Experience is not mandatory; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
The role is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe practices. This position is aligned with a healthcare setting providing inpatient and outpatient services, including intensive care and emergency care, in a hospital environment.
