Medical Surgical RN Night Shift

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Focuses on promoting patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management, home care, and medication use. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care settings. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.

• RN license required;
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• No prior experience necessary, but 2+ years of experience is preferred.

• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
