ICU Nurse
—Provide high-acuity care for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical treatment. Oversee patient recovery by delivering compassionate, life-changing support to patients and their families in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor vital signs and clinical status, recognizing and responding to patient changes promptly.
- Administer medications and perform advanced nursing interventions according to care plans.
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support safe, effective treatment.
- Provide patient and family education and emotional support throughout critical care needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to established clinical protocols.
- Registered nurse with strong ICU/critical care experience and advanced assessment skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while managing complex patient needs.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered, compassionate care skills.
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
