Lead Hvac Installer

Overview

We looking for a skilled and dependable Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and leading a team the right way. In this role, youl be responsible for installing residential HVAC systems with a focus on doing it right the first time clean, professional, and up to code. This is more than just putting in equipment. Youll be expected to take ownership of each install from start to finish, ensure your crew is set up for success, and represent our company well in the homes we serve.

You should be comfortable working hands-on, solving problems in the field, and holding high standards for yourself and others. If youre a top-performing installer ready to step into a leadership role with a company that values excellence and wants to grow with you, we want to talk.

• Lead residential system replacements and new installations
• Ensure installs meet company quality standards and local codes
• Train and mentor install helpers or junior team members
• Maintain clean work areas and respect customer homes
• Communicate clearly with the office and homeowners

• Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
• Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
