• Manage projects from beginning to end as part of the sales process.
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
• Assist where needed in a fast-paced environment while maintaining customer relationships and trust.
• Contribute as part of a team towards a common goal and help identify upsell opportunities.

• Demonstrated success working with customers.
• Inventory sales/order systems experience.
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.
• Waterworks product knowledge and customer service experience.
