Loenbro is seeking to hire an experienced Piping Foreman. This role involves overseeing the planning, scheduling, estimating, and management of construction projects. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate a team, directing their tasks and ensuring adherence to project guidelines and instructions. The ideal candidate should possess an unwavering commitment to safety, strong personal initiative, excellent planning and problem-solving capabilities, and effective people skills.

• Supervise daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product.
• Ensures that all employees within the job receive proper training in operating machines they will be using.
• Responsible for the successful completion of all activities.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest level of safety.
• Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.
• Consult with upper management to ensure all work procedures and constructability issues are resolved with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and designers.
• Evaluate construction methods, determine cost-effectiveness, and discuss any concerns with Project Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 4+ years as a Foreman in the Industrial construction industry.
• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Construction background.
• Ability to meet fast-paced, changing schedules and priorities.
• Strong awareness of industry recommended practices, OSHA requirements, equipment, and QA/QC.
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel.
