Senior Graphic Designer MGM Farmington, NM

Before the deck, before the launch, before the applause, there's the idea, and MGM wants a Senior Graphic Designer who lives at that first spark. We pair a $66,000 - $93,000 salary with real responsibility, so the Senior Graphic Designer you become here grows faster than the title suggests.

• Sketch early concepts that give MGM campaigns a recognizable visual signature
• Reframe a rejected idea as the seed of the one that finally lands
• Read the room mid-presentation and reorder the deck on the fly
• Own the full creative process from initial brief to final handoff
• Leave a documented trail so the next creative inherits judgment, not just files
• Bring concepts to life through motion, illustration, or interactive media
• Craft layouts, typography, and imagery that elevate the MGM experience

• Enough Illustration to be dangerous, enough Lottie to be trusted
• Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery
• Comfort steering creative conversations toward a decision
• Proven Prototyping judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit
• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
• At least 5 years building expertise within the creative space
• 6+ years that left you with strong instincts and few illusion
