Customer Care Specialist Make a Positive Impact First State Community Bank in Farmington is seeking a quick learning, positive and energetic individual for a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for accepting calls from across our statewide footprint, analyzing information and finding the best solution for our customers, while maintaining the highest quality of service at all times.
