Regional Registered Dietician

We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Regional Dietician to oversee our buildings in Dallas.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietetic. Master’s degree preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietitian preferred.

• Complete nutrition assessments on all residents upon admission, readmission, annually, high risk and change of condition.
• Make appropriate recommendations to enhance nutritional status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide optimal nutrition care.
