Puller - Day Shift Unassigned

USD 15.00 Hourly | WAREHOUSE DAYS in 5680 US-64, Farmington, NM , United States FT Hourly

This labor intensive-intensive position is responsible for pulling all parts correctly and the transferring of parts to the proper departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pull jobs in a timely manner using License Plates and ensures that all parts are pulled correctly and transferred or issued to the proper department.
• Report count of location issues to the Warehouse Supervisor to investigate and correct.
• Fulfill PRO (Parts Request Order) requests as they are submitted.
• Flex to other areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Operating vehicles, mechanized devices – running, maneuvering, navigating equipment such as forklifts, passenger vehicles
• You are required to keep area clean and organized
• You will follow all safety rules and regulations set forth by PESCO
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment required for the position such as safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection daily
• Physical Requirements
• Lifting 50 lbs. from floor to waist
• Lifting 50 lbs. from waist to shoulder
• Lift, carrying, pushing and/or pulling 50 lbs. (bending/squatting)
• Maneuver up and down ladders with ease
• Bending 20 times or more per day
• Hold or carry 10 lbs. 67% - 100% of the time

Qualifications (knowledge, skills, and ability requirements)

• 18 years or older
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Ability to Communicate, Listen and Feedback in an effective manner
• Receive and follow written, verbal, phone, and e-mail instructions
• Ability to work shifts (Dependent upon production needs)

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Valid NM driver’s license (Motor Vehicle Report)
• Have a high school diploma or a GED

Standard Working Hours and Conditions

• Hours:
  
  6:30 am to 4:00 pm; subject to change due to production needs
• Days: M-F; subject to change due to production needs
• Environment:
  Inside/Outside in extreme weather and temperatures
