Our client is an industrial manufacturing company based outside of Farmington, NM and focused on full-service fabrication solutions to the HVAC, Water Treatment, and Oil and Gas industries. We are looking for a driven and experienced Quality Control Manager to uphold all aspects of our Quality Management System and oversee all associated quality inspections. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead skilled teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure projects are delivered with superior quality in mind.

• Examine materials and parts from suppliers
• Ensure all products and/or parts meet compliance specifications
• Inspect all parts and/or assemblies for cosmetic defects
• Provide accurate and detailed reports of inspections to ensure quality standards and process improvement efforts

• 5-10 years of comparable mechanical/electrical manufacturing experience
• CWI strongly preferred but not required
• Strong working knowledge of QA/QC inspection practices
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and flow charts
• Experience with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to support the process and procedures for maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Self‑starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision
