Privately-held manufacturer specializing in the design and production of equipment such as LACT Units and pump packages. Team is seeking an Operations Manager/GM to oversee operations at this site. Preferably looking for team member with demonstrated leadership in fabrication, welding, equipment assembly, production flow or in an assembly environment. Above all must be a leader of people - superlative supervisory and training experience.

Excellent communication (written and verbal).

• Manage team of 75 employees
• Lead daily operations of site with focus on quality and productivity
• Hire and train operations team members across production, supply chain, materials, and quality
• Partner with Engineering and Executive leadership in development, tracking and execution of operations metrics (KPIs)
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business

• 5-7 years experience in leadership role within manufacturing environment
• Experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or assembly environment (preferred)
• Knowledge of piping and structural materials to include sizes, schedules, and weights (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
