Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Cedar Ridge Inn. As a CNA, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Help residents with mobility, including transfers and repositioning
• Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care
• Respond to resident call lights and assist with other needs in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Assist with the administration of medications as directed by nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervising nurse
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards

• Current CNA certification in New Mexico
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks related to resident care
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
