Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurse (MS TELE) Farmington, New Mexico. This role involves providing high-quality patient care within a 43-bed Medical/Surgical unit at a level II trauma center. The position supports patients with diverse diagnoses, including sepsis, pneumonia, chronic illnesses, and respiratory conditions, utilizing advanced equipment and following established clinical protocols.

  Provides care to adult patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity Medical/Surgical unit with telemetry. The position involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Current BLS (must be AHA) certification; ADN degree; at least 1 year of recent med/surg experience preferred; valid license or certification for practicing in the state.
• Schedule:
  
  12-hour shifts, days from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  Block scheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Must have at least 3.2 overall rating on skills checklist. Experience with electronic health record systems such as Cerner is preferred.
• Other:
  Experience in charge nurse roles and oncology skills are advantageous but not required; clinical competence in common diagnoses like cirrhosis, CHF, and respiratory illnesses is beneficial.
