As a Lawn and Pest Technician
, you'll deliver 5-star customer service while performing initial pest control treatments for new customers. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to safety.
✔ Perform indoor and outdoor pest control applications with precision.
✔ Educate customers on service benefits and provide outstanding support.
✔ Follow assigned routes, maintain accurate records, and communicate with office staff.
✔ Keep equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in top condition.
Qualifications:✔ 1+ years of Lawn or Pest Control Technician service (preferred).
✔
Valid driver's license (must meet insurance standards).
✔
21+ years old and eligible for state pest control licensing (training provided).
$17.00 - $22.00/hr + additional earnings opportunities
Paid sick leave, vacation, & 10 company-paid holidays

Physical Demands & Work Environment:- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crawling in tight spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Exposure to chemicals
OLT, pests, and structural hazards (safety gear provided).
