• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve guest concerns.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store, to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering, and guide guests to enroll, activate and use these features.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to assist guests.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and related duties with compliance to applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

• Willingness to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently or with a team.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle checkout operations and cash office tasks as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, with frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and environments while performing duties.
