Overview

Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions) role at Comparion Insurance Agency. This position is in Albuquerque, NM with in-office and field sales components and requires strong local networking and in-person relationship building.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. Through a combination of base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, typical total first year compensation ranges from $55k - $75k. Potential for top performers to earn over $100k in their first year.

• Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
• Sell auto, home, life and related insurance products from top national and regional carriers.
• Engage in in-office and field sales activities to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Preferred Experience:
  
  Previous employment in a sales role with a track record of turning prospects into customers.
• License: A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life.
• Required Skills:
  
  Effective written and oral communication, strong persuasion and negotiation, excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organizational abilities, ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines, and experience building leads and customer bases.
