With over 250 brands across beverages, snacks, sweets, and more, we empower independent sales reps to earn by selling new products to stores in your area. Our incentive structure allows experienced field sales professionals to earn between $3,000–$6,000/month.

• Open 20–40 new independent stores per month in your territory.
• Establish and grow relationships with convenience, grocery, liquor, smoke shops, and gas stations.
• Drive product distribution by securing initial orders and reorders.
• Prospect and visit stores weekly to create new accounts and increase brand penetration.
• Negotiate pricing, displays, and promotions to maximize sales and earn bonuses.
• Maintain an independent hunter mentality: be self-driven to open accounts without micromanagement.
• Leverage existing store relationships if applicable.
• Negotiate effectively to overcome objections and structure promotions.
• Own your territory as a personal business unit, maximizing coverage and revisiting warm stores.
• Use your smartphone to update store visit outcomes via Airtable mobile app.
• Earn 3-5% of every wholesale order placed.
• Expected total earnings range from $3,000–$6,000/month, with high performers earning more.
