Overview

Labatt Food Service is seeking a high‑energy, customer‑focused, motivated Outside Sales Representative to build a career representing Labatt in supplying food to restaurant chains and independent operators in the Four Corners/Durango area. Successful representatives will communicate Labatt’s unique strengths, build new customer connections, and nurture long‑lasting relationships with clients.

• Present Labatt’s unique business model to potential food‑away‑from‑home customers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementing a new customer relationship.
• Build and maintain quality customer relations with the goal of forming long‑lasting relationships.

• Active communicator with great listening skills.
• Has the patience and takes the necessary time to understand the customer’s needs and problems.
• A skill for observing other people and thinking of ways to help them.
• Energetic, goal oriented, and competitive, with personal examples of initiative and successful performance.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize in order to work on multiple prospects and maintain multiple accounts while constantly focusing on growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree or chef training at CIA or equivalent.
• Experience in food service, restaurants, and/or sales is a strong positive.
