Delivery Specialist - Hub

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Delivery Specialist to deliver parts and products to stores and distribution centers in a safe and efficient manner. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center. Must have a legal state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
• Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route, delivering to the appropriate store.
• Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
• Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure. Must be familiar with accident report guidelines.
• Ensure designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest. Deliveries must be made according to set schedule; any delays must be reported to the city delivery supervisor and/or stores remaining on route.
• Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations. Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage prior to operating vehicle each day.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to the store manager. Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicle at the end of the day. Drive safely and defensively.

• Required:
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Desired:
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
